Most firms invest heavily in transformation and then struggle to sustain momentum once the project concludes. Systems drift, workflows stagnate, and the operational capability built during engagement erodes. Ops Pulse exists to prevent that.
Through a tiered retained model, we provide ongoing strategic oversight, operational support, systems governance and continuous improvement, giving firms embedded digital operations expertise at a fraction of the cost of an in-house function
Embedded operational partnership from day one
Continuous transformation support and accountability
Workflow, systems and automation optimisation
Operational reporting and management visibility
AI and technology enablement, grounded and practical
Senior-level operational leadership, without the full-time overhead
Ops Pulse is structured across four tiers: Pulse Core, Pulse Growth, Pulse Embedded and Enterprise. Every engagement begins with an Operational Health Check, a structured Day 1 baseline assessment of systems, workflows, team capacity and current bottlenecks.
This anchors everything that follows and gives the firm an immediate, tangible output. Services and deliverables are broadly consistent across all firm types, scaling in depth and capacity with each tier. Firms can move between tiers as their needs evolve. Pricing reflects operational complexity, stakeholder involvement, systems landscape and delivery capacity.
All prices are monthly retainer fees. Pricing scales with firm size, operational complexity and delivery capacity requirements. Core and Growth tiers can be transacted online. Embedded and Enterprise follow a consultative onboarding process.

Covers the firm’scurrent systems landscape, workflow efficiency, automation maturity, team capacity andoperational bottlenecks. Quarterly Operational Review All tiers
A structured review session covering systems performance, workflow efficiency, automation health, transformation priorities and progress against the operational roadmap. Followed by a writtenQuarterly Summary Report, a one-page document capturing what was reviewed, what changed, and what’s prioritised for the next quarter.
